Privacy
What is held
An account with an email address, an organisation and a role. Records of work created inside the platform, including assay definitions, experiment records, provider records and evidence bundles. Technical logs needed to keep the service running.
What is not held
Patient identifiers, clinical records and anything that would make this a clinical system. The platform is for research use and makes no clinical claim and no clinical decision.
Who else sees it
The group's own staff, and the service providers that host the application. Nothing is sold, and no data is shared with advertisers or third-party trackers.
Research use
Accounts are for research programmes run on the platform. The platform is not a medical device and holds no patient identifiers, clinical records or diagnostic results, so nothing held here is a clinical finding.
Leaving
An organisation's records can be exported from the workspace, and an account can be closed. Written records held outside the platform, such as published evidence bundles, are not withdrawn by closing an account.
